How to use: Apply a suitable amount of Creative Lash Design Lifting Lotion to lashes using a flocked tip applicator. Beeing sure to avoid the tips of lashes. Developing Times Vary / Thin lashes 9 minutes / Normal lashes 11 minutes/ Thick lashes 13 minutes. If desired, the Creative Lash Design Lifting Lotion may be brushed up onto the lash tips for the final 2 minutes of processing. After desired time has passed, use a clean flocked tip applicator to wipe off the Creative Lash Design Lifting Lotion onto a cotton pad.
